New for the Tacks XF Pro, CCM uses an integrated Pro-Style Impact Protection Plate with D30 Zero in the backhand of the glove.  This will provide players with great protection against impacts like blocked shots and slashes. The integrated cuff roll will provide optimal coverage in all situations without sacrificing mobility.

The Tacks XF Pro youth gloves include CCM’s trusted D3O smart material with multi-density foams in the fingers and backhand. D3O works by using a unique molecular structure which allows molecules to flow freely in standard conditions, giving the material a soft and flexible feel. On impact, the molecules lock together to absorb and dissipate impact energy.

The shell of the glove is made from ASD; a heavy-duty lightweight polyester mesh for improved abrasion resistance.  CCM uses two-piece fingers and a one-piece thumb for the flexibility you need, but also helping to stop your thumb from bending backward during contact, preventing hyperextension. 

For the palm, CCM uses a water-repellent base with reinforcement, which provides great durability in this high-wear area, keeping you comfortable each ice time. This palm also provides a great stick feel, acting as an extension of your hand for ultimate control. Inside the Tacks XF Pro youth glove, CCM includes their Sublimated liner. This technology helps airflow to keep your hands dry, while also helping to stop the growth of odor-causing bacteria, keeping your gloves clean and ready-to-use every time you hit the ice.
