FAQs
What is the Proper Flex for Me?
The proper stick flex depends on your weight, height, and style of play. As a general guideline, choose a flex rating that's about half your body weight. Our in-store team is happy to help you find the ideal flex to suit your game.
Can I Order Custom Gear Through Extreme Hockey?
Yes! We offer a wide selection of custom gear options through our retail store and team sales division. Whether you're looking for personalized equipment or custom apparel, we've got you covered.
What Hollow Should I Get My Skates Sharpened At?
This depends on your playing style, skill level, and ice conditions. Here are some common
options:
● 3/8" – Maximum bite and grip
● 1/2" – Balanced grip and glide (most common)
● 5/8" – More glide, less bite
Not sure what’s right for you? Ask one of our sharpening experts in-store.
