Thank you for choosing to shop with us. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process and deliver orders placed through our website.
Shipping Area
We currently offer shipping within Canada only. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days) of being placed, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship using the following carriers:
- Canada Post
- FedEx
- Purolator
Delivery times may vary depending on your location; however, most orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).
- For orders under $150, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose in-store pickup as an alternative to shipping.
Pickup is available at the following location:
1425 McIntyre Street, Regina, Saskatchewan
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 48 hours of purchase.
