What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for online purchases. Items may also be returned in-store under the following conditions:
● Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
● All parts, accessories, and paperwork must be included with the return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
● Final sale or clearance items
● Swimwear and underwear
● Mouthguards and jock straps
● Customized or personalized products
Refund Processing
● Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
● Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
