Office Administration Assistant/Corporate Sales
Extreme Hockey & Sport is looking for an assistant in the Team/Corporate Sales department. This is a dual role position which would see the successful candidate performing tasks as the Office Administration Assistant as well as performing tasks in our Team/Corporate Division.
The Office Administration Assistant will be responsible for performing and coordinating office and administration activities, such as storing and retrieving all information which is necessary and important for all staff members of Extreme Hockey & Sport and its’ clientele. The successful applicant would be responsible for tasks such as, creating spreadsheets, composing correspondence, creating presentations, as well as reports and documents using desktop publishing software.
Corporate/Team Division responsibilities will be receiving, ordering, invoicing, and processing customer/team/corporate orders. This is a very fast paced and demanding role. There are deadlines which must be met, therefore this individual must be self motivated and very organized.
